A software as a service tool used by TUI needed modernisation. It was mainly used for sending and receiving messages to and from customers and to keep track of departures and arrivals. The tool is used by staff at destinations and at the home office. 

The tool needed an upgrade to information architecture and visual expression. We improved the visual design concept and started remaking the interaction design. We delivered a redesign concept with a modern and easy to use solution.

VIDD is a solution created and marketed by another Nexer group company. The brand for this software was also modernised with new colors, logo, font and tone.
